GemCore Seaside is the wider/longer sibling to Lakeshore: waterproof laminate at 12mm × 9-1/4" × 72" with AC4 melamine wear layer, True Wood Touch (EIR), painted bevel, ultra-matte sheen, and Angle-Snap install. Warranty language matches Lakeshore in our catalog (Lifetime Residential | 10 Year Light to Medium Commercial). Ten coastal-leaning colorways (Asbury, Bethany, Cape May, and more) share one construction.
Suitability for Utah homes
Long 72" planks flatter open basements and great rooms common in newer Utah County and Salt Lake County builds. Waterproof platform suits mudrooms and kitchens; still detail showers and slabs correctly. Pale coastal greys show dust—mid tones hide Wasatch winter grit better.
