SK Flooring Elegance is rigid-core SPC luxury vinyl plank: total thickness (4 + 1.5)mm with a 20mil wear layer, 9" × 60" planks, and Uniclic/Floating installation. Manufacturer pages group these 5.5mm-class SPC colorways together; our catalog includes twenty-two colors from European city names (Barcelona, Lyon, Pisa, Milan, Rome, London, Oslo, Paris, Oxford, Tork) through nature-inspired names (Millstone, Hawthorne, Summit Grove, and others).
Attached 1.5mm IXPE-style pad is part of the (4 + 1.5)mm build on the sheets we used. This is stone-plastic composite vinyl—not hardwood and not glue-down dry-back LVT.

Floating Uniclic over flat, dry subfloors—follow SK’s flatness and underlayment rules (pad is already attached on these sheets). No sanding/refinishing; replace planks if damaged. Clean with vinyl-safe cleaners; avoid abrasive powders and excessive heat from steam that can stress seams.
