On each Woodura product page, Bjelin links care and installation documents (care instructions, TDS for lacquer types, warranty PDFs). Use those first. Finish chemistry differs between brushed lacquer and pro matt lacquer lines.
Practical Utah habits
- Humidity: Keep interior RH in a normal occupied range through dry winters. Woodura is still wood-based—extreme dryness can stress any wood floor.
- Grit: Entry mats matter. Canyon dust and winter salt are finish killers.
- Cleaning: Soft broom or vacuum (no beater bar abuse), then a damp—not wet—microfiber mop with a cleaner approved for your finish.
- Spills: Wipe promptly. High water-resistance ratings are not permission to leave standing water.
- Felt pads: Chairs and tables still dent or scratch if dragged.
After installation
We walk you through care at handoff and leave the product documentation trail for your SKU. If something fails under the manufacturer’s limited warranty, warranty claims run through the published warranty process for that product; our workmanship guarantees cover installation workmanship separately.
