At the end of installation, we leave up to five matching leftover planks with you so future repairs are far easier if damage ever happens later.
Manufacturers change dye lots, discontinue colors, and rotate collections. Saving matching material now avoids a major headache later.
Store those planks in a dry, climate-controlled place inside the home. If they are thrown away, damaged, or exposed to moisture, exact replacement later may not be possible.
This is the simple version. The signed project agreement and the manufacturer warranties still control the final legal details, but this is the practical intent behind the promises.
This applies before final approval and ordering. If you do not feel good about the selection after seeing it in your actual home, we do not push you into the wrong floor. We come back with better options before you move forward.
This covers installation-related workmanship issues. If something was installed incorrectly, we come back and make it right. One accountable team stays tied to the finished result.
This covers project communication. If you call, text, or email us with a project-related question or issue, you hear back within 48 hours.
At project completion, we leave up to five leftover planks with you for future repairs. It is your responsibility to store them in a dry, climate-controlled location inside the home. If those planks are no longer available later, we cannot guarantee an exact visual match from newly ordered material.
These promises assume normal residential use and reasonable care. They do not cover abuse, flooding, fire, structural or subfloor movement outside our scope, moisture issues created after installation, or product changes caused by manufacturer discontinuations or dye-lot shifts.
If another contractor modifies, repairs, or re-installs the floor after we leave, we cannot stand behind that outside work as our workmanship.
