Here's exactly how it works — from booking to new floors.
No store trips. No hauling sample boards home. No second-guessing. We built the whole process around one thing: helping you find the right floor for your space before you commit to it.

Four steps. One point of contact. No surprises.
Most flooring jobs involve a store, a separate measuring crew, and a third-party installer. Ours doesn't. Here's the whole process.
Schedule your free consultation.
Pick a time online in under two minutes. We confirm within the hour and send you a reminder the day before so nothing slips through the cracks. There's no deposit and nothing to prepare — just pick a time that works for you.
We arrive with 50+ samples — and bring them inside.
Our showroom trailer pulls up to your door with samples of hardwood, LVP, and laminate. We don't hand you a bag and leave. We carry everything inside and lay options directly on your floor so you can see each one in your actual lighting, against your walls, next to your furniture. That context is the whole point. A showroom can't give you that.
“Your home's lighting is different from a showroom's fluorescents. That difference is why people second-guess their choice after installation — and why we do it this way.”
You choose. We measure and quote on the spot.
Once you find your floor, we measure every room you're doing right then and there. You get a firm, itemized quote before we leave — not a ballpark, not a follow-up email two days later. You'll know exactly what it costs and what's included. If we don't find a good fit, we'll tell you that too.
Your licensed Utah installer handles the rest.
Once you approve the quote, your material is ordered and delivery and installation are coordinated through us. Your licensed installer handles the whole job — delivery, prep, install, and cleanup. One point of contact for the entire project. One invoice when it's done.
What we bring to your door.
We carry hardwood, LVP, and laminate — nothing else. That focus lets us go deep on each category instead of spreading thin across 12.
Hardwood
Solid and engineered hardwood
We carry solid and engineered options in white oak, hickory, and other species. Wide-plank formats are well-represented since that's what most SLC homeowners ask for. Best for main living areas, dining rooms, and bedrooms.
From $9–$16 per sq ft installed
Luxury Vinyl Plank
Waterproof plank flooring
The right choice for kitchens, basements, mudrooms, and anywhere with pets or kids. Our LVP samples cover a range of wood looks — from light Nordic oak to rich walnut tones — and a range of wear layers. We'll show you what each wear layer actually means for daily life, not just the spec sheet.
From $3.99–$6.99 per sq ft installed
Laminate
Hardwood look, smarter price
If your priority is getting the hardwood look in a bedroom or secondary living space without paying hardwood prices, laminate is often the right call. We carry options with realistic embossing and decent AC ratings — durable enough for families, not just display floors.
From $3.99–$5.99 per sq ft installed
What appointment day actually looks like.
A few things people always ask before we show up.
- How long does it take?
- Plan for 60 to 90 minutes. If you're doing multiple rooms or a larger home, it might run a bit longer. We don't rush it — the point is to get you to a decision you feel good about.
- Do you need to prepare anything?
- No major prep needed. If you can clear a small area of floor in each room you're considering — enough to lay a few samples down — that helps. Otherwise we work with whatever's there.
- Do you need to be home?
- Yes. This isn't a drop-off. The consultation is a real back-and-forth — you'll be making decisions and we'll be measuring and quoting as we go. Both work best with you there.
- What if you don't love any of the samples?
- It happens. We'll note what was close and what was off, and we can source specific options before a second visit. No pressure to commit on the spot.
A few questions we get a lot.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. No deposit, no obligation, no catch. If we come out and you decide it's not the right time, that's fine. We'd rather earn your trust now than push for a sale.
Do you do the installation yourselves?
Your installation is handled by a licensed Utah contractor who we work with directly. You won't be coordinating between two separate companies — we manage that relationship and you deal with one point of contact throughout.
How far out are appointments booked?
Usually within 3–5 business days, depending on your zone. Book online and we confirm within the hour.
Ready to see it in your home?
